Most of Firefly outside of the help section requires you to login to access it.
Accessing Firefly for the First time
Firstly search on the Internet for "CCJS Firefly" for the junior school or "Churchers Firefly" for the senior school and click on the first result.
Normally you would enter your registered school email address into the input box shown on the right and your password. Your email address is the same as the one you receive emails from the school on. If you are new to Firefly, you need to click on the "Activate your account" link highlighted on the right, enter your email address and click on the link they send you to create a new password. If you don't receive a link, check with the school that they have your correct email address on file.
Forgotten/don't know your password?
You can use this to reset your password for the senior school.
If using the Junior school Firefly, you can use this to reset your password.
Logging in with Google instead of email address and password
If the email address you have registered with the school is a Google/GMail account, you can actually use the Google login option on Firefly and you don't need to remember a password to access it! -->

Troubleshooting the Mobile App
If it's a problem with the mobile app, you can try clearing the app data or removing/reinstalling it. You need the school code CHURCHERSCOLLEGE when asked. Unfortunately, this is a third-party app that we have no control over - but the website works perfectly on mobile devices as an alternative!
It can be downloaded for Android or Apple devices.
Troubleshooting tasks not showing
Usually it is due to incorrectly applied filters that need clearing as shown below. It's best to then tick just "To Do" to hide archived or "Done" tasks.
