When you log in to a computer IAM Cloud has to authenticate you.
DO NOT CLOSE this pop up ....Just MINIMISE it!!!!!!!!
When IAMCloud is running, it will start to connect your drives to OneDrive so you can access your files. You should see this icon by the clock when it is running.
If you don’t see this cloud icon by your clock – there is a start menu shortcut you can use to load it up (it won’t do any harm if you click on it when the drive mapper is already running).
If the IAMCloud Drive Mapper program is running and after 2 minutes you do not see this drive in your "This PC", there are a some steps you can take to fix it.
1. Right-click on the cloud icon by your clock, click the "Authenticate Now" option (IF YOU SEE IT) and enter your school email address and password if asked.
2. Right-click on the cloud icon by your clock, click the "Refresh Settings" option and wait for another minute or two.
3. If steps 1 and/or 2 above do not fix it, try restarting (not logging off) your computer - then you may need to do steps 1 and/or 2 instead.
