If you try to access the IAMCloud password reset tools from within college when logged onto a school computer, you will automatically be signed in and be unable to see them. It is easier to either do this at home or use a mobile device connected to the BYOD Wifi network. But, if you really need to do this on a college computer follow the steps below:

  1. Load Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Cog icon in the top, right, click "Safety", click "InPrivate Browsing"
  3. Copy and paste the link below into the Internet Explorer address bar and press the enter key on the keyboad:

If the "Manage" option does not automatically appear (as shown below) after you have entered your email address, you may have to use a mobile phone to access http://portal.churcherscollege.com instead.
