If you try to access the IAMCloud password reset tools from within college when logged onto a school computer, you will automatically be signed in and be unable to see them. It is easier to either do this at home or use a mobile device connected to the BYOD Wifi network. But, if you really need to do this on a college computer follow the steps below:
- Load Internet Explorer
- Click the Cog icon in the top, right, click "Safety", click "InPrivate Browsing"
- Copy and paste the link below into the Internet Explorer address bar and press the enter key on the keyboad:

If the "Manage" option does not automatically appear (as shown below) after you have entered your email address, you may have to use a mobile phone to access http://portal.churcherscollege.com instead.
